Today Mars turns direct. Sure he still ping-pongs in Gemini for several weeks to come. At least it feels he is no longer hell bent on inertia and willfully supports forward motion that is well-directed. What do you reckon can be done with all his energy that requires conscious coalescing?
On 18 January Mercury resumes prograde (direct) motion. Given they are duplicitous in nature and subject to triangulations, how about picking a couple (two or three) dwarf planets and invoke at least one of the three below suggested methods of propitiation for the chosen dwarf planets? This is in the spirit of wishing on the first star seen of an evening (very often Venus and not a star). Wishing on objects that cannot be seen, however, invokes psychic sanctioning of invisible, unconscious worlds that hold so much to contribute in soulful evolution as well as supporting real world successes.
Below are several notable dwarf planets by name, mythology and physical presence in the solar system. Parenthetically following the dwarf planet names are the north node and heliocentric sign of the object. These orbital elements support the mythology of the planet by providing a theme, moral claim and an objective with a sense of urgency for each object. The trinity of suggestions that follows each dwarf are based upon the node (direction and purpose) and perihelion (priority and urgency) such that each recommendation feeds willful attention to glean the best of what the planet offers.
Ceres (Gemini/Virgo)
Declare yourself an advocate for effective resolution of a real world matter that infinitely grinds against your sensibilities. This is a winge-free zone. Come up with three solutions for your campaign directed toward that matter that you can and will engage in the short term and toward which you remain steadfast in perseverance.
Carefully assess your perception of yourself as a person of significance and formidability. Make a list of every personal characteristic that contributes to your solidity and influence. Read these aloud to the sky. Feel your formidability.
Convert judgment to acceptance. Make a list of “flaws” or things that others insist you recognize as social liabilities. Convert each to at least two assets. Announce your awareness of the assets to the canopy of the sky as revised and honed attributes as if newly purchased skill (tool) set you intend to become proficient in using.
Eris (Taurus/Libra)
Try things differently. Instead of turning right at the end of your driveway, turn left and get where you need to go with eyes wide open and attentive to all things you hadn’t previously noticed that summon your attention.
Invite Eris to the party. Simply, consider what one of those annoying folks who always get in your face wants to relay to you. Take a moment in your own space to deliberate on that matter. Decide your appropriate level of engagement, if any.
Apply or submit applications, your resume or CV to where you feel you must be included. Submit only when optimistic and forward-looking. Set a clear psychic space for all of your outreach such that returns may freely come your way or you can confidently check in on your submission in a socially reasonable time. Enjoy the inclusion.
Makemake (Gemini/Aries)
Write some amazing facts and truths about yourself. Include your interests and where you want to go. When the information reads as confident and true, put it out there. Social media is great. A personal website is better. Enhancing your CV with some of this relevant information works, too. Post it only where you know it gets views.
Since Makemake and Jupiter hold the same perihelion degree, review all beliefs for soulful appropriateness. More, ensure that all those beliefs make sense, particularly in terms of the energy tithing requirement. Are you up for the tithe? If not, revise your propitiation to be something consistent with your beliefs and objectives. Can you serve two masters and have enough left of you to go around? Center your claims on your consciousness alone.
Take time for solitude. If adventurous, seek out a cave and meditate (safely) inside. If not that adventurous, seek cosmic inspiration in a darkened environment. Point your crown chakra to the cardinal compass points and also above and below. Upon emergence, check to see if your received insights make sense to those on a similar path as yourself, or if they require fomenting and fermentation for perfect understanding.
Haumea (Leo/Aries)
To the sky, repeat the affirmation: “There is no competition to my efforts. My uniqueness will be seen and prevail for my objectives which in turn benefit the world in which I thrive.”
Check out some videos of volcanic eruptions and lava flow while eating food/snacks that come from Hawaii. Pineapple, macadamia nuts, coconut... anything that tastes of paradise. Be amazed by the relentlessness of lava. Study it’s movement, intensity and inner core sacredness. Alternatively, try your hand at fishing and savor the solitude and patience required for the act. Think of the fishing pole as Haumea’s makalei stick, reputed to attract fish to feed the people.
Contemplate any cuts or wounds you may have encountered along the way in life. Check them out to see if a scar or evidence of the injury remains. Now, consider the same level of healing organically applies to emotional upsets and psychic wounds. All dings in the bucket were hammered out when you weren’t looking.
Gonggong (Pisces/Libra)
Write what your plotting or planning to do soon on a paper and tack it to the wall. Roll out a Pilate Ball near the paper and get to stretching your back so you can see your list upside down. Notice what you notice and use this as an affirmation to declare to others “we could always look at it like this.”
Stand in a body of water (could be the bathtub) and determine where your personal center of gravity seems to reside. Become aware of your personal balance, buoyancy and equilibrium. Assign your physical center as your primary energetic power chakra and lead with the energy of this lotus blossom for all you do in life.
Consider having a session with a practitioner of oriental medicine. Throw the I-Ching about perplexing life issues. Study the writings of Confucius. Integrate eastern culture’s best beliefs with your cornerstone philosophies.
Sedna (Leo/Cancer)
Spend time assessing domestic comforts. While considering what truly feeds your soul, rearrange or fix physical comfort items in your home. Even simple things such as weather stripping around a door, fluffy new towels, light in the bathroom fit the bill. Determination of these “essentials” provides domestic comforts lacking for Sedna. When comfort is in place, a review of eating style is great. Maybe taking more time for meals instead of grab and go.
Determine what you require from others in terms of consideration and respect. Ensure that you apply those qualities to yourself first, then direct them to those in your social and domestic environments.
Sit yourself in front of a mirror and stare at yourself as you contemplate life and your role in it, while brushing your hair with a “ceremonial” brush. If you don’t have a great brush with perfect bristles, purchase one. Not only does this gets your dander up and puts your mane in proper direction, your crown chakra receives perfect pampering and stimulation.
Of course you can make up your own applications synthesizing your interpretations of the nodal and perihelia signs, with or without the objects’ mythology. Have fun with it. Growth with these far-ranging planets intends to be an exhilarating journey around the Sun.
Some may consider this dwarf planet actions to be mundane, perhaps trite. Actually, since these bodies (other than Ceres, believed by astronomers to have once occupied the Kuiper belt) range in distance well beyond the classical planets, it takes effort to ground their influence and integrate them in real world use. The point of wishing upon dwarf planets with a process is to support a solid sense of personal soulfulness, such that at the end of every day, the satisfaction of progress and evolution exudes within the core of ones being.
